Usage & Billing
Two independent systems govern every call. A rate limit caps how often you can call an endpoint. A credit charge reflects whether the call returned data. Neither affects the other: a cheap, high-limit endpoint can still be billed, and an expensive, low-limit one can return nothing and cost nothing.
- Entitlements: which endpoints your contract can call at all.
- Rate Limits: how endpoint tiers and your service tier set throughput.
- Billing & Credits: when a request is charged.
