Add people to a person list

Adds up to 1,000 people to a list, each given as an AggKnowledge person ID or a LinkedIn profile URL, and reports what happened to each item in request order. Items that do not resolve to a person are reported and skipped, never stored. A list holds at most 10,000 people.
